Drum: They are generally manufactured from St-44 seamless steel drawn pipe in accordance with standards.
Rope: It is generally used as 6×36 WS. It should be selected according to the winding direction of the drum.
Rope Guide: It ensures that the ropes are properly wound on the grooves on the drum. Apart from the classical guidance system, our company has designed a light, ergonomic, durable and silent guidance system and incorporated its patent into its body.
Crane Rails: A series is supplied as special crane rail or flat rail.
Hook, Traverse, Nut and Hook Block: Hooks and sleepers are produced as hot forging in closed mold. Our products are certified products that have passed the necessary testing and calibration.
Crane Rope Pulleys: Crane hardware reels are manufactured as ductile iron or manufacturing steel.
Electric Motors: Electric motors can be supplied as single-speed or double-speed with the desired protection class and characteristic.
Crane Gearboxes: They are durable and long-lasting helical geared silent gearboxes.
Winch Control and Cable: They are the controls suitable for the desired conditions as wired control and remote control.
Monorail Drive and Gear Transfer Drive Wheels: Monorail wheels and gears used in transmission are provided.
Anti-Shock Rubber Wedges: They are anti-impact rubber wedges that can be mounted on crane heads.
Crane Brakes: Electromagnetic disc brakes are used as standard. There are two types of electromagnetic disc brakes, with and without lever. The advantage of the lever ones allows you to safely lower the load in case of possible power cuts. Electro-hydraulic (eldro) brakes should be used when it is desired to be used in heavy conditions other than standard brakes. These brakes consist of a hydraulic system and a pulley. Likewise, you can manually intervene in these brakes and lower the load safely.
Rope Socket: It is the socket where the last end of the rope is connected in the crane equipment. There are varieties as wedged open type or closed type.
